Phases of Care
Although everyone is unique and different and everybody heals at a different rate, majority of the recovery will go through these stages from start to finish and most importantly to prevent the issues from coming back again. It is suggested to follow the treatment schedule set out by the doctor as every treatment builds on the one before it. but whatever your choices are, we are here to look after you to ensure a full recovery.

The Road To Recovery
RELIEF CARE
PAIN RELIEF & INTENSIVE CARE
In the initial phase of care, the objective is simple, Relief. Visits are more frequent in this phase of care. Treatment will likely consist of various forms of physical therapy and chiropractic adjustments. The frequency and duration of the treatments, as well as prognosis, will be determined and explained thoroughly with the patient during the second visit (Report of finding), and a personalized treatment plan will be carried out for each patient. Once the pain is reduced, treatment will shift to more of rehabilitative care where the patient will now take on a more active role in the recovery.
DECISION TIME
CORRECTIVE & REHABILITATIVE CARE
When you are feeling better, you will have a decision to make, will you continue with the care necessary to fully heal soft tissues? or abandon the investment that you have made?
When you continue your care, visits are less frequent and progress will be less dramatic, our aim here will be to work on the soft tissues to improve posture, spinal function and continue the healing process. If you end your care before fully healing muscles and soft tissues, you can invite a relapse, which will likely restart the whole process again.
Once rehabilitation has been achieved, you will enter wellness care.
WELLNESS CARE
WELLNESS & PREVENTIVE CARE
Many patients choose to continue periodic visits to enjoy the benefits of improved spine health and the resulting wellness. Our goal here is to sustain gains and to promote continuing health and wellness. Depending on your age, general condition and your goals, treatments may range anywhere from once a month to once every few months.
Your health affects everything you do and everyone you know, so invest in your health, make a conscious effort to get your spine checked regularly.
